At Chelmer Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition; if a piece does not perfectly complement your home, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and securely packaged in its original crating to ensure safe transit.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our gallery team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide details of your order.

Prepare for Shipping

Carefully repackage the artwork using the original protective layers and professional crating to prevent any damage during the return journey to our studio.

Arrange Collection

Once your return is authorized, we will schedule a specialist art courier to collect the piece from your home at a convenient time, or provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Inspection and Refund

Upon arrival, our curators will inspect the piece to ensure it is in its original condition, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
